About Me
Growing up in Rock Creek Park (right outside Washington, DC) cultivated my love of nature. I'd spend hours exploring the creek behind my house and walking the trails close by. My family valued sustainability in the form of saving energy, recycling, and bettering our community, which are still principles that I strive to incorporate into my life today.
Passions
From softball to my sorority, I have always loved motivating people--cheering them on to reach their fullest potential. I thrive when working or living in a tight-knit, supportive community. This desire to get people working together towards a common goal has influenced my interest in using behavioral science for social change, particularly in sustainability. Through both academic and professional experiences, I strive to work towards a diverse and equitable society for all.
Hobbies
When I'm not at work or in the classroom, I enjoy getting outside, spending time with loved ones, and pursuing artistic projects! I love listening to (and making!) music, cooking, writing, and creating collages.
